Within 90 days after the owner takes over the house, he shall apply to the housing management department of the house for payment of deed tax, maintenance fund and handling fee with his ID card, household registration book, marriage certificate, purchase contract and payment bill.
With the tax payment certificate, you can apply for the real estate license. After the housing management department accepts it, you can get the real estate license within 7- 15 working days.
If it is a resettlement house, it needs to be held for 5 years before it can pay taxes and land transfer fees and apply for real estate license.
