They are the teaching building construction project of Xiangshui Primary School in Mengdong Town (the project has completed site selection and drawing design), aid construction project and learning equipment purchase project. Third, strive for 3 million yuan for the whole village promotion project, and implement four projects, namely, the whole village promotion project of Chongzi Village, Malibao Village Committee of Donggan Town, xiazhai village Village Promotion Project of Malibao Village Committee of Donggan Town and new castle Village Promotion Project of Malibao Village Committee of Donggan Town. At present, three project villages in Donggan Town have been implemented, and Chongzi Village in Mali Town is doing preparatory work. IV. Our office firmly establishes the idea that "taking a tour means taking funds, and taking a tour means taking projects", always adheres to high standards and strict requirements, strengthens the awareness of service, brand and quality products, insists on taking the wishes and requirements of visitors as an important standard for doing a good job in reception, and strives to do a good job in every reception. First, the service level is guaranteed. After receiving the reception task, adhere to the principle of strict standards, fixed-point reception and flexible mastery, strengthen contact and communication in advance, so as to know fairly well and provide services in place. Second, departmental cooperation is guaranteed. Strengthen the connection and cooperation between departments, jointly plan and organize major reception tasks, and ensure the smooth progress of reception work. The third is to highlight local characteristics and guarantees. In view of the different groups who come to visit our county and need to know more about it, we should highlight the local characteristics in the reception, attract people's attention with primitive and simple folk customs, and publicize the local customs and historical changes of Malipo with the criterion of truly reflecting the poverty. Up to now, our office has successfully received six delegations, including Ning Fukui, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Party Committee, Yang Xian, Director of the Poverty Alleviation Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Italian government officials, to Malipo for investigation 1 17 times, which not only introduced new projects, but also gained a certain understanding of new technologies and concepts at the international forefront, laying a solid foundation for the next cooperation.

In view of the reality of linking poverty alleviation points, we should take material and intellectual assistance, organize condolences, carry out research, increase legal publicity and scientific and technological training, ask questions for the people, pay attention to practical results, actively and deeply link poverty alleviation points to carry out related work, strive to make suggestions for the development of linking poverty alleviation points, and continuously improve the people's ability to get rich. Over the past six months, * * * has visited poverty alleviation points for more than 35 times four times, and carried out activities such as Spring Festival condolences and visiting poor party member.

According to the arrangement of the county government, actively organize in-depth flue-cured tobacco hook points to help tobacco farmers do a good job in flue-cured tobacco production. In half a year, we went deep into the hook point of flue-cured tobacco for three times, invested more than 25 people and invested 2000 yuan, which made the production of flue-cured tobacco in the hook point realize seasonal planting and laid the foundation for increasing the income of tobacco farmers.

First, earnestly implement the system of cadres staying in villages to households. According to the proportion of 6 households directly contacted by leaders at or above the metre level, 3 households in charge of each stock room and 2 households with other cadres and workers, 43 households in 7 village groups, namely Ganhe, Zhongba, Shuitou, Heping, Tianwan, Yan Feng and Daba, were determined. The human and financial resources of foreign aid poverty alleviation websites are insufficient. At present, the single propaganda method is far from meeting the needs of foreign aid and poverty alleviation.
Third, the focus of the next step

At the same time, raise funds through multiple channels, increase investment in the follow-up management of completed projects, and make the project results benefit the people for a long time.
