Which government department should I consult if I want to work abroad and am afraid of being cheated?

The licensing procedure for overseas labor dispatch business is not approved by the labor department, but by the foreign trade and economic cooperation department of the state!

Most human resources companies have the ability to send domestic labor services, and most of them send personnel to companies with the qualification of "overseas labor dispatch" and then go through the formalities of overseas labor services.

There are two ways to work abroad!

1. After obtaining the information about overseas labor services, check whether there is "overseas labor dispatch" on the employment certificate (original). If yes, consult the local foreign trade and economic cooperation bureau (preferably municipal) about the company's reputation; if not, consult the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Labor and Employment Department) about the company's reputation!

2. Go directly to the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to inquire about the "overseas labor dispatch" information within the city, or go to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to inquire about the list of labor companies with high reputation, and then go to the door one by one to inquire about the information on working abroad.

The general deposit is collected by ordinary labor service companies. Without the employment certificate handled by the local human resources and social security bureau (labor and employment department), it is not credible or guaranteed.
