Notice on Issuing Vocational Qualification Certificates for Five Examinations of Computer Technology and Software in 2020
In 2020, five professional qualification certificates of computer technology and software in Tibet test area have been issued. Eligible candidates should choose one of the following methods to receive their certificates from February 23rd to March 23rd (09: 30- 13: 00 on weekdays and 15:30- 18:00 on weekdays). Candidates who pass the exam should choose to mail or collect the soft test certificate on site within the specified time.
Method one. Field collection. Bring your valid ID card to the site for collection.
Method two. Entrusted collection. If you need to entrust others to collect it, please fill in the Power of Attorney for Receiving Qualification Certificate, and the client will bring his ID card and power of attorney to the site to collect it.
Mode 3. Pick it up by mail. If you need to mail the qualification certificate, please fill in the Application Form for Mailing the Qualification Examination Certificate Service and submit it to xzrskszsgl@sina.com by e-mail, and handle the mailing business in time after verification.

Before 2008, the computer qualification certificate was valid for three years nationwide (counting from the date of approval or registration). Within three months before the expiration of the validity period, the holder shall go through the certificate registration formalities at the approved certificate registration implementation institution. The certificate that fails to go through the registration formalities within the time limit is no longer valid.
According to the spirit of the 2008 National Electronic Education Examination Work Conference of the Education Examination Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Soft Examination Office made it clear that the computer qualification examination certificate is valid for a long time and is not limited by the three-year validity period. However, the Notice issued by the former Ministry of Personnel and the former Ministry of Information Industry on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Examination of Computer Technology and Software Professional Technical Qualification (Level) and the Implementation Measures for the Examination of Computer Technology and Software Professional Technical Qualification (Level) (No.39 [2003] of the Ministry of Human Resources) has not been abolished and is still valid. Due to the conflict between the official statement and the spirit of the document, the validity period and registration implementation of computer qualification certificate are not consistent in different provinces.
Most provinces have recognized the long-term validity of computer qualification certificates and stopped the work related to certificate registration; Guangdong, Fujian, Henan and other provinces continue to implement the regular registration system.
