The Method of Changing WeChat Customer Service into Manual Service

Manual transmission method is as follows:

1. Open the WeChat application login account.

4. In the settings page, there is an option of "Help and Feedback".

6. Select the appropriate type, and after submitting relevant information, the system will provide an automatic reply solution or display other relevant options. When the answer is not satisfactory, find a button or link to contact the customer service representative for communication.

7. Clicking this button or link will open a chat window, allowing you to send information to the customer service representative for consultation and problem solving.
