As an old student of the online school, in order to carry out the activity of integration of knowledge and action advocated by the online school, improve myself and grow myself in practice, I organized three practical activities of the integration of knowledge and action plan in June+10, 5438. ? First of all, from June 65438+1October 65438+September, our school organized a group counseling activity to improve teachers' happiness. Attending the activity were 18 class teacher and class teacher.

? Before doing this group activity, my heart was very uneasy. Because although I have more than two years' experience in leading growth learning group activities, I have also had many experiences in leading experiential parent-teacher conferences and given several trainings to volunteers, I have never done group counseling activities for teachers, especially teachers in our school. I tried in other fields, but I didn't do activities among the teachers in our school because I really have an inferiority complex, and I'm afraid I can't do it well. I am very concerned about the evaluation of my teachers in our school. Although I have made full preparations before the activity, I always feel uneasy inside. With this anxiety, I forced myself to carry out this activity to challenge myself.

? Maybe you have something you are afraid of. The computer broke down at the beginning of the activity that day. I can't play PPT, I carefully prepared the courseware, but the teachers came one after another. I have no choice but to bite the bullet and do it. It was very cold that day, and there was no heating in our house. Everyone stamped their feet in the group auxiliary room, and I remembered what Teacher Wei said, let the temperature rise first. So I began to lead everyone to do warm-up activities. I led everyone to do palm aerobics first, and everyone was very interested in this aerobics. Then I struck the iron while it was hot, and I said "We are all family". Through the physical connection between us, we suddenly drew closer psychologically and felt that we were a family. The next turtle-blowing activity made every teacher present actively participate in it, and the group auxiliary room was full of laughter and steaming. Although it took me half an hour to warm up, I think it was worth it. Because teachers usually have a lot of work pressure, it is rare to laugh and play so freely. I think this is a kind of pressure release and emotional catharsis, which is a kind of healing in itself.

Next, when everyone was quiet, I said a particularly thoughtful word to my colleagues. Because I used to be a class teacher and I used to be a math teacher. I can deeply understand the great work pressure faced by our front-line teachers and class teachers. I talked about our teacher's physical examination and teacher's mental health screening. Then we talked about our teacher's job burnout and psychological pressure. I hope that each of our teachers can relieve stress, liberate themselves and be a happy teacher for their own health, their loved ones and their students.

? Then I led everyone to start drawing my road map of happiness in life. Let's find ten bad factors that affect our happiness in life. The group auxiliary room is surprisingly quiet, and everyone is seriously thinking about their own lives.

When it was my turn to share, because it was the first time for the teacher to participate in such an activity, I was afraid that everyone would not be able to talk, so I began to share the road map of happiness in my life when I was listening to the happiness intervention class, and then our other psychological teacher also sincerely shared her story. Because of our leading role, several teachers sincerely shared their road map of life happiness. Some people mentioned their difficulties in studying because of family conditions, while others shared their heavy burden as a boss. At this time, a class teacher shared her big car accident six years ago. She said that she felt that she had come out, but the pain in her body kept reminding her that it was not the past. The car accident once brought great disasters and changes to her life. When she said this, she burst into tears. After she shared it, everyone responded positively and gave her some support. I also walked behind her, gently holding her shoulder and telling her that all disasters are also the wealth that life has given us. She took a bite of the apple because God loved her.

? I saw some teachers have a desire to share, but due to time, this activity ended. After the activity, I am still very dissatisfied with this activity. Because this activity feels endless. I feel that due to temporary computer failure and my inexperience, the ending has not been recovered, and the ending is very heavy, so many people have no chance to say something. This seems to run counter to my expected principle of decompression, relaxation and happiness. I'm afraid the teachers are not satisfied with this activity, so they won't take part in the activities organized by me next time. I am also afraid that some teachers will say that your theme is to improve our happiness, but it makes us feel very uncomfortable here. So I was thinking, does this technology need not emphasize bad factors? You can also let everyone find out all the positive factors that make you happy. Would this be better? With these anxieties and anxieties, I consulted Dean Yu in the evening and asked him to be my invigilator. I didn't expect the dean to reply to me because he was so busy. Dean Yu's supervision made me understand that the group counseling tutor should also have rich case experience, so as to handle the unexpected events on the spot in the process of group assistance. Today, we handled the head teacher's trauma on the spot, but I am still very dissatisfied, which has a lot to do with my own field control and adaptability. It also made me understand that there is no problem with the technology itself, and how the tutor guides it is the most important thing. In a word, in this counseling activity, I actually exposed many problems of myself. First of all, I am not confident and care too much about what others say about me. Secondly, the dean pointed out that the ability to handle and control emergencies and the ability to deal with emergencies need to be improved. Thirdly, I also understand that no counseling activity can satisfy everyone. Just do your best and accept your imperfections. I am grateful to the online school and Dean Yu for their courage and guidance, so that I can carry out this activity to test myself and challenge myself. I also hope that my classmates will give me more peer supervision.

My second activity is to give a lecture on adolescent mental health to parents of more than 200 people. In this activity, I have been thinking about how to apply our experiential group-assisted technology to the lecture. Let our lectures be more interactive and experiential, and let every participating parent gain more.

At the beginning of this lecture, in order to enliven the atmosphere, I still adopted palm aerobics and family warm-up activities. During the whole lecture, there are a series of reasons, such as venue, microphone, page turning pen and so on. I have less interaction with my parents, mainly talking to me. Although I try my best to combine my work and set out from the reality of students to explain the theme I want to talk about through vivid cases, I feel that the activities are still not ideal because of less interaction with my parents. I think how to skillfully combine the skills of experiential group counseling with such crowded lecture occasions is a direction for my future research and discussion. I hope all my classmates and teachers can give me some guidance. Let me make a breakthrough in this field in the future.

My third activity was to organize and lead the first ground party of our Jingtai students yesterday. I introduced Jingtai's classmates to the online school. How can we make them learn online school courses better? I think this is my unshirkable responsibility. So before the activity, I made full preparations and designed the activity. My aim is to arouse everyone's enthusiasm. It can make everyone actively attend classes and do homework, and I hope that everyone can integrate knowledge and practice and apply what they have learned to real life and work. So I designed three parts. The first section is a collection of warm-up matches. I hope every student, even if there is a small game, can participate in the activity. This also increased their enthusiasm and self-confidence. The second part is that every student will share the details of his listening, homework, study, reading, and integration of knowledge and practice in the past two months, with the aim of letting everyone learn from the excellent students. The third part of the activity is to hope that everyone can use the small technology learned by an online school to lead everyone to experience and carry out actual reporting activities. Influenced by the enthusiasm of the academic Committee of our online school, I also called every student before the activity and asked them if they could lead an ice-breaking activity or a small technology to encourage them to actively participate. For those students who want to participate, I also give some guidance and help. In addition, in order to let everyone actively participate in the activities, we also set up incentives for students who participated in the leadership activities.

There is always so much helplessness in the adult world. Although we had made full preparations before and had a good communication with you, everyone promised to participate in the ground reunion. However, in yesterday afternoon's activities, there were still four or five well-prepared students who were not present for various practical reasons.

In the afternoon, in the specific leadership, although the number of participants was small, I felt that the atmosphere was still very good. Because everyone comes to this activity with the sense of responsibility and attitude of being the master, there are no bystanders, everyone is the master and everyone is the protagonist. Everyone is also the best listener. Everyone actively participated and shared in every link, and the learning atmosphere was particularly good. Sometimes for a topic, everyone will discuss it for a long time and express their opinions. So at yesterday's class reunion, everyone was particularly open and shared some profound things.

I don't know if all the people who can overcome all difficulties and obstacles to attend the reunion are people who love learning, or if most of our students are still very serious. I thought I was the most serious in my study, but after sharing and communicating, I found that there were more people who were more serious than me. I saw our students' careful lecture notes, and I also heard the students' profound understanding and unique views on the classroom content from sharing. Many people can apply what they have learned to their lives and work, and have a better understanding of life. Everyone also talked about their changes after learning. In the specific game leadership and technical leadership, everyone is scrambling. Unfortunately, due to time, only one of our technical leaders showed the story of the stone, and two or three prepared students didn't have time to lead. We want to continue this activity next time and give them a chance to show their talents.

I think this reunion played a very important role, although few people attended it. Everyone has gained a lot in sharing and communication, and also formed a learning atmosphere of comparing, learning, catching up, helping and surpassing.

In a word, from June, 5438 to 10, I designated it as my own practical activity month of integrating knowledge with practice. Through the leadership and organization of the above three activities, I systematically used the knowledge I learned in the online school, which made me have a deeper understanding of the courses in the online school, and also made me understand my own shortcomings and the direction of future efforts. The reason why these activities can be carried out is closely related to the concept of the integration of knowledge and practice in online schools.
