Alipay didn't deliver the goods, you can contact the seller to ask the reason. If there is no clear answer, you can apply for a refund directly.

The non-delivery refund process is as follows:

1. Actively contact the seller to confirm the delivery time;

2. If you can't contact the seller or don't want to continue the transaction, you can apply for a refund 24 hours after the payment is successful;

3. Contact the seller to confirm the refund agreement. If the seller agrees to the refund agreement, the money will be returned to Alipay account immediately. If the seller can't be contacted, or the seller doesn't reply to the refund agreement, the money will be returned to Alipay account five days after the refund agreement is submitted.
