Wuling District, the focus of Changde's investment attraction &; Xuhui strategic cooperation
At the beginning of July, in the 2020 Hunan Yangtze River Delta Economic and Trade Cooperation Negotiation Week, the Wuling District People's Government and Xuhui Group, a national top 500 enterprise, signed the Agreement on Investment Promotion and Construction of Changde Chengdong New District (Start-up Area) Project, with a total investment of about 654.38+03 billion yuan. In the future, a new urban area covering wetland parks and urban complexes will be built, striving to become the highlight of Wuling's economic development and city image.
Chengdong New District is located in the downtown area of Changde, bordering Dongting Avenue in the north, Shichang Railway in the east, Yanhe Avenue in the south and Ziyuan Road and Yuan 'an Road in the west. However, in recent years, the development of this area has been slow. The construction of Chengdong New District responded to the expectations of the masses and was listed as a major livelihood project in Changde City.

According to the construction agreement, the start-up area of Chengdong New District covering an area of about 1 1,000 mu and the super-large complex project covering an area of about 2 million square meters will be promoted one after another.

Chengdong New District Project is located in the central area of Chengdong New District, adjacent to the Municipal Party Committee. The total construction land of the project is about 1000 mu, and the total investment is about1300 million yuan. It is planned to be developed in five phases. In order to give full play to the advantages of location and scale and reshape the urban coverage, the total construction area of Chengdong New District Project is about 2 million square meters, of which the shopping center, commercial street, office building or apartment is not less than 1.4 million square meters, and the centralized commercial shopping center owned by free developers is not less than 1.5 million square meters. At the same time, it is planned to develop and build a landmark building about 1.5 meters high, and strive to create a new business card for Changde city.
