Third, the basic content of school affairs publicity
1, open content of government affairs
(1) school construction plan, development goal, education and teaching reform plan, annual work plan, and major activities arrangement.
(2) Formulation, revision, improvement and implementation of various management systems.
(3) policies, regulations, indicators, conditions, procedures, organizational leadership and assessment results of staff transfer (appointment), assessment, promotion award and professional title evaluation.
(4) the contents, standards, procedures, organizational leadership and results of the annual work assessment of faculty and staff.

2. Financial disclosure content
(1) Annual financial revenue and expenditure and budget and final accounts of the school.

Four, the basic form of school affairs publicity
1, implement the system of teachers' congress and faculty meeting. Convening teachers' congresses and staff meetings regularly is the basic organizational form of democratic management and supervision in schools, and it is also the basic carrier of making school affairs public. Major issues involving the openness of government affairs and financial affairs must be discussed and decided by the teachers' congress and the staff congress before they can be organized and implemented.
2. Establish a meeting notification system. 2. Strengthen leadership and management.
