Article 7 Terms of payment: The buyer shall open a confirmed, irrevocable, divisible and transferable letter of credit in favor of the seller within 7 banking days after the signing of the contract, and the letter of credit shall not be shipped in batches without recourse.
Article 8 shipment: shipment shall be completed within 45 days from the date when the seller receives the buyer's letter of credit. If the ship ordered by the buyer fails to arrive at the loading place on time, the seller has the right to claim damages/delay fees from the buyer according to the provisions of this contract, but the amount is limited to% of the total amount.
