(2) After obtaining the legal professional qualification certificate, you can start to apply for internship, because one of the prerequisites for applying for a lawyer's practice certificate is that the applicant must submit an internship certificate that has been practicing for one year. So how should I apply for an internship certificate? According to the provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Lawyers Law, those who apply for an internship before practicing as a lawyer may apply for a lawyer's internship certificate.
(3) After obtaining the lawyer's internship certificate, the interns will participate in the one-month "Intensive Training for Interns" organized by the Beijing Lawyers Association in accordance with all china lawyers association's regulations on intern training. Interns must complete the intensive training of interns within a one-year internship period. After the centralized training, the certificate of completion of centralized training for lawyers will be issued on the last day.
(4) After completing the above steps, you can apply for "internship appraisal";
(five) the applicant submitted the "lawyer applicant practice appraisal certificate", according to the unified arrangement to participate in the interview and assessment of interns. After the interview and assessment, the Lawyers Association will publicize the qualified personnel in the interview and assessment within 5 working days, and announce the list of qualified personnel in the internship assessment after the expiration of the publicity period. For applicants who have passed the internship appraisal, the Lawyers Association will issue the Opinions of the Beijing Lawyers Association on the Lawyers Qualification Examination.
(6) After obtaining the lawyer's practice qualification certificate, the lawyer's practice qualification certificate, the internship certificate, at least three files and the original personal payment list printed by the social security management center, the applicant can start to apply for online practice and wait for the notice of the Municipal Bureau of Justice or the (provincial) Department of Justice to receive the lawyer's practice certificate.
Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Legal Professional Qualifications. Persons who meet the circumstances specified in Article 18 of the Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall log in to the legal professional qualification management system through the website of the Ministry of Justice within the acceptance period, truthfully fill in the information on the application for granting legal professional qualification, and submit the following materials at the workplace designated by the judicial administrative organ of the city divided into districts or municipalities directly under the Central Government (hereinafter referred to as the accepting organ):
(1) Resident identity card;
(2) Graduation certificate, degree certificate or original academic qualifications and degree certificate;
(3) Other materials required by the announcement of the Ministry of Justice.
Applicants who apply to enjoy the relaxation policy and achieve the relaxation of the qualified scores in the region shall apply to the municipal judicial administrative organs with districts where their household registration is located for granting legal professional qualifications, and submit the original household registration book on the spot.
The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials. The original certificate shall be checked by the accepting authority and returned after being copied or scanned, and the copy or scanned copy shall be kept for future reference.
