Overview of Shaoxing public resources trading network;
Shaoxing Public Resources Trading Center (formerly Shaoxing Bidding Center, hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established with the approval of Shaoxing Municipal People's Government in June 2002. The center is a fully funded sub-level institution. It is a tangible market for four kinds of trading activities in our city, such as construction project trading, government procurement, property rights trading and land trading. There are six functional departments, including General Department, Information Management Department, Construction Engineering Trading Department, Government Procurement Department, Property Rights Trading Department and Property Rights Trading Department, with 30 staff members. The center is mainly responsible for accepting and publishing all kinds of trading information, organizing all kinds of trading activities, and accepting the supervision of Shaoxing Public Resources Trading Management Committee Office (formerly Shaoxing Bidding Market Management Committee Office).
Responsibilities of Shaoxing project bidding network:
In order to further improve the bidding for local projects, Shaoxing Bidding Network has set up relevant functional departments, including the Office of the Public Resource Transaction Management Committee, whose main responsibilities are as follows:
(a) overall management of the city's public resources transactions, guidance and coordination of all kinds of public resources transaction management;
(two) according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, formulate or participate in the formulation of relevant management measures for construction project transactions, government procurement, property rights transactions and land use rights transactions in our city; Responsible for examining and approving various trading rules and systems in public resources trading activities;
(three) responsible for the examination and supervision of all kinds of public resources transaction documents;
(four) responsible for guiding and supervising the public resource trading center to implement the relevant policies and regulations on the management of public resource trading;
(five) responsible for the on-site supervision of construction project transactions, government procurement, property rights transactions and land use rights transactions organized by the public resources trading center;
(six) responsible for supervising the public resources transaction management department to perform its functions;
(seven) to accept all kinds of complaints and reports in the transaction of public resources, and to coordinate and handle disputes and disputes arising in the transaction of public resources;
(seven) responsible for the construction and management of the public resource transaction evaluation expert database and the daily assessment and management of the evaluation experts.
(eight) to guide and coordinate the management of the city's public resources trading market, carry out investigation and study, and put forward suggestions on strengthening and standardizing the management of public resources trading market.
(nine) responsible for promoting the city's public resources trading regional market construction and information construction.
(ten) to undertake the daily work of the municipal public resources transaction management committee.
(eleven) to undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
