Change method:

1. Change the title of the operator. Since the inherent impression cannot be changed, change yourself. It can be experience designer, customer operation and customer care.

2. Lower the post standard. Employees who are not so perfect from the beginning can try as long as they have good logical thinking, clear organization and good communication. After all, it is still a basic position, not as demanding as a management position.

3. Curve saves the country. All kinds of new people, such as recruiting resources, establishing a good relationship with HR, managing Peisheng, rookie plan, etc. It is recommended to come to the traffic rotation first, which is the department that knows the company's operation best.
