3.202 1 Normal undergraduate graduates are recognized by the school, and the school is selected as the confirmation point when registering online. The specific arrangements will be notified separately by the school.
This batch of registration applications is divided into two stages.
The first stage is the online declaration stage:
From May 18 to May/3 1 8, applicants log on to China Teachers' Qualification Network (), follow the website prompts to enter the online application system to fill in the registration information, and they can choose their own institutions (see Annex 1 for details).
The second stage is policy consultation, electronic material submission and application acceptance:
May1August-June 9, policy consultation. If the applicant is in doubt, he can go to the corresponding accepting institution (consistent with the accepting institution selected when applying online, the same below) for on-site consultation or telephone consultation to determine whether the application conditions are met.
June10-June 24th, physical examination. The applicant shall go to the hospital designated by the corresponding accepting institution for physical examination (see Annex 2 for specific arrangements; The time of personal physical examination shall be subject to the notice of the accepting institution, please pay attention to check the QQ group or nail group or SMS notification). Applicants need to attend all physical examinations (such as chest X-ray). ), please make arrangements according to your own situation.
Electronic materials were submitted from May 18 to June 24th (see Annex 3 for the list). In the first half of 20021,the accreditation of teachers' qualifications in Hangzhou continued to run for zero times. If the applicant's relevant information has passed the information verification on China Teacher Qualification Network and Hangzhou Public Data Platform, it is not necessary to submit any materials. Applicants who fail the verification must send scanned copies of relevant materials to the work mailbox of the accepting institution (see annex 1 for details).
On June 25th, the accepting institution reviewed the materials, clarified the acceptance opinions and issued an acceptance announcement.
The accepted candidates must send the photo of 1 inch certificate with color white background (which must be consistent with the photo uploaded by the online newspaper, with the name written on the back) to the corresponding admission institution (see Annex 1 for the mailing address), or hand it over to the staff of the admission institution on the day of physical examination.
5. If it is necessary to adjust the authorized institutions and accepting institutions, the deadline shall be one working day before the physical examination of each accepting institution.
6. After online application, the applicant must join the QQ group or nail group of the corresponding accepting institution (see Annex 1 for details) for policy consultation and information communication.
7. The results will be announced through Hangzhou Education Network around July 17. Documents, administrative licensing decisions and other materials are delivered by mail (the postage shall be borne by the authorized institution), and the applicant shall sign for it himself.
8. The materials submitted by the applicant in the process of identification must be true, legal and effective, and the applicant shall be responsible for the consequences caused by submitting false materials.
9. Specific policies such as the types of teacher qualifications, qualification conditions, qualification application procedures, etc. can be consulted by various teacher qualification accreditation institutions.
