Geotechnical Engineer Qualification Examination —— Introduction to the Examination
Registered civil engineer (geotechnical) refers to the professional and technical personnel who hold Huamin * * * civil engineer (geotechnical) certificate and Huamin * * * civil engineer (geotechnical) certificate to engage in geotechnical engineering.
In 2024, our Ministry and the Ministry of Construction issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System of Registered Civil Engineers (Geotechnical Engineering), and the Implementation Office of the Qualification System Examination of Registered Civil Engineers (Geotechnical Engineering) and the Confirmation Office of the Qualification Examination of Registered Civil Engineers (Geotechnical Engineering) (Jian Fa [2002] No.35) decided that our Ministry would implement the qualification system of registered civil engineers (Geotechnical Engineering). All registered engineers of survey and design shall set up management committees. The examination of professional management committee of geotechnical engineering for all registered engineers of survey and design shall be undertaken by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The specific examination work shall be organized and implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Geotechnical Engineer Qualification Examination-Registration Conditions
All China citizens who abide by family laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics and have corresponding professional education and professional practice conditions must sign up for the qualification examination of registered civil engineer (geotechnical).
() Those who have the conditions apply to take the basic examination:
1, take the undergraduate course and experience or position of this major (referring to exploration technology and engineering, civil engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, port waterway and coastal engineering) or similar major (referring to quality exploration, environmental engineering and engineering force).
2. Obtained full 1 minute working experience in geotechnical engineering from a college in this major or a similar major.
3. 1 with bachelor degree in engineering and experience or position in geotechnical engineering.
(two) those who have passed the basic examination and have the conditions to apply for professional examinations:
1, with a doctor's degree in this major and over 2 years of geotechnical engineering work; Or get a similar professional doctorate, engaged in geotechnical engineering professional work for 3 years.
2. Having obtained a master's degree in this major, he has worked in geotechnical engineering for 3 years; Or obtain a master's degree in a similar major and have been engaged in geotechnical engineering for 4 years.
3. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or a research class in this major and engaged in geotechnical engineering for 4 years; Or graduated from a double bachelor's degree or research class in a similar major, and worked in geotechnical engineering for 5 years.
4. Take the undergraduate calendar of this major, and the professional work of geotechnical engineering has accumulated for 5 years; Or take the undergraduate calendar of similar majors to accumulate 6 years of geotechnical engineering work.
5. Having worked in geotechnical engineering with a major degree for 6 years; Or take a similar professional college calendar to accumulate 7 years of work in geotechnical engineering.
6. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or have been engaged in geotechnical engineering for 8 years.
(3) Those who meet the listed conditions are exempt from the basic examination and need to take the professional examination:
1, 199 1 and the previous master's degree in geotechnical engineering and accumulated experience reached 6; Or obtain a master's degree in a similar major and have been engaged in geotechnical engineering for 7 years.
2. 199 1 and before graduating from a double bachelor's degree or research class in this major, the cumulative work in geotechnical engineering is over 7; Or graduated from a double bachelor's degree or research class in a similar major, and worked in geotechnical engineering for 8 years.
3. Before 1989 and obtaining the undergraduate calendar of this major, the professional work of geotechnical engineering has reached 8; Or take the undergraduate calendar of similar majors to accumulate 9 years of work in geotechnical engineering.
4. Before1987, the accumulated work of geotechnical engineering specialty has reached 9 items; Or take similar professional college calendar to accumulate geotechnical engineering professional work 10 or more.
5. Before1985, bachelor degree in engineering and accumulated experience in geotechnical engineering reached 12.
6. Before1982, I studied engineering and geotechnical engineering for 9 years.
7. Before 1977 or 1972 and 1972, the professional work of geotechnical engineering has reached 10.
Registered civil engineer (geotechnical) qualification certificate shall be registered regularly. The registration period is 2. The holder of the qualification certificate shall go through the registration formalities with the Planning Commission or its designated institution in accordance with the relevant provisions.
According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's qualification registration and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Examination "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Qualification Examination for Registered Engineers of Survey and Design in 2009" (Zhu Jian [2009] No.5), it is required to do a good job in the qualification examination for registered engineers of survey and design in our province in 2009.
, examination institution
The qualification examination for registered engineers of survey and design shall be organized and implemented by the management committee of registered engineers of survey and design of the province, and the municipal construction departments and provincial units shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements, carefully organize the examination registration and material verification of the city and the unit.
Second, the examination room and examination subjects
The qualification examination for registered engineers in 2009 is scheduled to be held on September 19 and 20. See annex 1 for the qualification examination code, and annex 2 for the examination subjects and intervals.
Third, the examination regulations and conditions for entering the examination
Survey and design registered engineer qualification examination non-rolling management examination to participate in the basic examination or professional examination should pass all subjects within the examination scope.
Registered civil engineer (water conservancy and hydropower engineering) is registered according to professional calendar, specialty, second-class registered structural engineer, registered civil engineer (geotechnical, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering), public equipment engineer (HVAC, water supply and drainage), electrical engineer (power generation, power transmission and transformation, power supply and distribution), chemical engineer, environmental engineer and other professional options.
All professional basic examinations are closed, and examination manuals (for examination) are allowed to be used and distributed, and reference materials are prohibited. Professional papers of all majors are allowed to carry various professional norms and reference books published by the society.
Answer all the objective questions in the examination papers of Basic Examination and Professional Knowledge Examination; 2. The professional examination of registered structural engineer and its professional case examination require to fill in the answer sheet and write the answer sheet with the test paper.
Take 2B pencil, black ink pen, triangle, eraser, phonetic programming calculator and draft paper for inspection and acceptance.

Iv. application materials
() Application materials of the first applicant (1 copy)
1, Registration Form for Qualification Examination of Survey and Design Registered Engineer (see Annex 4), and applicants shall indicate the application category, level and major on the cover of the registration form (see Annex1for the number and name);
2. Original ID card and photocopy of calendar card (the original will be returned after verification);
3. Print the registration form on the Anhui Provincial Examination Online;
4. This unit has the relevant professional work practice restriction certificate;
5. Calendar members who meet the requirements shall provide design drawings that meet the requirements (this article is only applicable to registered structural engineers of Grade II).
(2) Application materials for re-examination personnel (1 copy)
1. The application form for the qualification examination of survey and design registered engineers must indicate the application category, level and major on the cover of the application form (see Annex1for the number and name);
2. A copy of the pre-trial admission ticket and this ID card (all cities and departments are responsible for verifying the original and building official seals);
3. Print the registration form online for the examination in Anhui Province.
V. Registration, Qualification Examination, Payment Room and Office
() Submit registration information online.
The exam must be logged into Anhui Affairs Examination Network () from June 25, 2006 at 65438, fill in the registration information and upload photos according to the procedures specified in the website, and check the photos on the website on 12 in the afternoon. If the photos pass the review, they should be uploaded again. Print the registration form immediately after the photo is approved.
The information administrator of each examination area should log on to Anhui Affairs Examination Network for photo review to ensure smooth registration.
(2) Examination of qualifications for entering the examination
According to the prescribed application conditions, the application fee is related to the application materials, and the registration procedures are handled by various departments in principle. Municipalities and construction administrative departments will complete the qualification examination of applicants before June 28th (the specific telephone number will be determined by the municipalities themselves and set by Anhui Examination Network before June 15). The application information submitted by the provincial units shall be submitted before June 26, and the application fee shall be paid to the subordinate units and departments. From June 29th to 30th, the application materials, application fees and examination registration summary table (Annex 5) of the preliminary examiners should be sent to the Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for on-site examination in the provincial examination area. Those who submit the materials in the name of accepting the examination in the provincial examination institute will be disqualified. Those who practise fraud will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations. The municipal competent department of construction, the provincial competent department and the Grade A design unit directly under Anhui should carefully examine the application materials, and bear the responsibility of examining the authenticity of the application materials of the applicant's unit and its competent department at the same level. The design unit will take full responsibility for fraud, and the design unit will accept the registration review of members of other units without authorization. Need to apply for the required calendar card, use the ID card, and the applicant's name and ID card or calendar card shall be handled according to the relevant documents.
(3) On-site payment
Pass the qualification examination and pay the examination fee. The registration examination fee should be collected manually at the qualification examination site. The information administrators of each examination area log on to Anhui Affairs Examination Network to pay for the examination as a sign of manual payment.
Sixth, the examination fee.

Municipalities shall pay the examination fees in full for examination qualification examination according to the balance of each subject 10 yuan and the examination fees paid by provincial and provincial units on site.
Seven, test center setting and admission ticket processing
Collect the registration information of the provincial examination institutes in the province, arrange the test sites according to the registration situation, and arrange the admission ticket number of the examination room.
