There are prohibitive provisions in the Labor Contract Law. Article 60 of the law stipulates that the labor dispatch unit shall not deduct the labor remuneration paid by the employer to the dispatched workers according to the labor dispatch agreement. Labor dispatch units and employing units shall not charge the dispatched workers. According to this regulation, it is illegal for a labor dispatch company to deduct your salary in the name of collecting agency fees and management fees.
Coping methods:
1, if you don't give the agency fee, see if the unit you want to enter is worth investing;
2. If you pay the agency fee, you can bring a few friends with you if the amount is large, so that the person who collects the money will say that the work is not satisfactory;
3. If the other party is strong or evasive, you go to the labor inspection brigade to complain about them;
4. If not, go to labor arbitration, free of charge. You can apply to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Article 53 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law is free.
