The student financial aid policy of each school section in our county is hereby notified as follows:

First, the pre-school education funding policy

1. government subsidy policy for preschool education. Funding conditions: an inclusive kindergarten approved by the education administrative department at or above the county level for children with financial difficulties in the kindergarten. Funding standard: the average funding standard is per student per year 1200 yuan. It is divided into three grades, 1 grade 1000 yuan, grade 2 1200 yuan and grade 3 1400 yuan. Grants are mainly used for children's education expenses and meals during their stay in the park. Application and distribution procedures: parents of young children apply to kindergartens in September and March every year, and kindergartens apply and review according to the academic year and distribute them according to the semester.

2. Pre-school education free education policy. Children attending inclusive kindergartens, children from low-income families, orphans, children from key families with difficulties, and disabled children with financial difficulties are exempted from education fees. Funding process: Kindergartens will be exempted directly after verification according to the list provided by Poverty Alleviation Office, Civil Affairs Office and Disabled Persons' Federation. Other families with special financial difficulties can also apply to the kindergarten, and the kindergarten will decide whether to exempt them after examination.

Second, the compulsory education funding policy

In the compulsory education stage, the policy of "two exemptions and one subsidy" is implemented for all students, that is, all students are exempted from tuition and miscellaneous fees and textbook fees, and students with financial difficulties are given living subsidies.

1. Living allowance policy for boarders with financial difficulties. Funding conditions: Boarding students with financial difficulties in compulsory education stage. Funding standards: the average living expenses of primary school students are 1 1,000 yuan per academic year, and the average living expenses of junior high school students are 1, 250 yuan.

2. Living allowance policy for non-boarding students with financial difficulties. Funding conditions: non-boarding students with financial difficulties in compulsory education. Funding criteria: 500 yuan is subsidized for each primary school student, and 625 yuan is subsidized for each junior high school student. The subsidy standard for non-boarding students of poor households who set up files and set up cards is issued according to the living allowance standard for boarding students.

Application and distribution procedures: students or parents apply to the school in September every year, and the school accepts and reviews the application according to the academic year and distributes it according to the semester.

Third, the subsidy policy for ordinary high schools.

1. Funding conditions: full-time ordinary high school students with financial difficulties at school. Funding standard: 2000 yuan per student per academic year. Specifically, it is divided into three gears, the first gear 1500 yuan, the second gear is 2000 yuan, and the third gear is 2500 yuan. Application and distribution procedures: students apply to the school in September every year, and the school applies for evaluation according to the academic year and distributes it according to the semester.

2. Ordinary high school tuition-free policy. Application conditions: poor families, low-income families, orphans and disabled students studying in ordinary high schools in our county. Funding process: the school will be exempted directly after verification according to the list provided by the Poverty Alleviation Office, the Civil Affairs Office and the Disabled Persons' Federation. Other families with special financial difficulties can also apply to the school, and the school will decide whether to exempt them after examination.

Four, the secondary vocational education stage funding policy

1. National grant policy for secondary vocational schools. Funding conditions: first-and second-year agricultural students, students with financial difficulties in other majors. Funding standard: 2000 yuan per student per academic year. Application and distribution procedures: students apply to the school in September and March every year, and the school applies and reviews it according to the academic year and distributes it according to the semester.

2. The tuition-free policy for secondary vocational schools. Funding conditions: all students with full-time formal school status in secondary vocational schools who are registered in rural areas in the first, second and third grades, students from counties and towns other than agricultural registered permanent residence, and students from poor families in cities and towns. Free tuition standard: according to the actual charging standard. Funding process: students do not need to apply, and the school directly exempts them.

Students' credit student loan funds are first used for students to pay tuition and accommodation fees, and the rest can be used for living allowances. Loan conditions: freshmen or students formally admitted to universities approved by the state to establish and implement higher education; Students' pre-school household registration and parents' household registration are all in Linqu County. Loan amount: the loan amount applied by each person per academic year: junior college students should not exceed 1.2 million yuan, and graduate students should not exceed 1.6 million yuan. Loan term: the minimum is not less than 6 years, and the maximum is academic system plus 15 years, but not more than 22 years.

Time and place of processing: In August each year, students and borrowers go to the county education and sports bureau with relevant certificates and application forms. From 2020 onwards, students who renew their loans can handle it remotely in the online system of student-origin student loans, without going to the site to handle the loan renewal business.
