Legal analysis: first, political discipline, second, style discipline, third, work discipline, fourth, clean government discipline, fifth, organizational discipline and sixth, life discipline. Political discipline: words and deeds that run counter to the Party's line, principles, policies and decisions are absolutely not allowed. Discipline: Never allow unauthorized intervention in handling cases, cadres and personnel and market economy activities. Work discipline: Never let the wind out or reveal secrets at work. Integrity discipline: Never allow cases to seek personal gain, handle cases with human feelings or interfere with handling cases. Organizational discipline: Never play down a peg or two, engage in privileges or do private affairs under the banner of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.

Legal basis: Article 40 Party discipline in China includes political discipline, organizational discipline, honesty discipline, mass discipline, work discipline and life discipline. Insist on learning from the past, save lives, be strict in discipline, investigate and deal with violations, grasp early and small, prevent delaying the opportunity, and give criticism and education until disciplinary action according to the nature and severity of mistakes. Using the "four forms" of supervision and discipline, "blushing and sweating" has become the norm, and disciplinary action and organizational adjustment have become important means of managing the party. Party member, who has seriously violated discipline and criminal law, must be expelled from the Party. It is strictly forbidden to treat party member in violation of party constitution's national laws, and it is strictly forbidden to take revenge and falsely accuse and frame up. Organizations or individuals who violate these regulations must be investigated by party discipline and state law.
