Gongshu District Administrative Service Center is a comprehensive administrative service organization in Gongshu District of Hangzhou, which integrates consulting service, administrative examination and approval, resource allocation, management coordination, public service and efficiency supervision. The main responsibility of Gongshu District Administrative Service Center is to co-ordinate the management of administrative examination and approval services and public resource transactions in the whole region; To guide and supervise the work of town (street) and village (community) convenience service institutions; To guide and supervise the transaction of public resources in towns (streets). Responsible for the construction and management of the comprehensive platform for administrative examination and approval services and public resources trading in the whole region, put forward suggestions for entering or exiting the administrative examination and approval services and public resources trading platform, and organize the implementation after approval; Responsible for formulating and standardizing various systems and processes of administrative examination and approval services and public resource transaction management, and supervising the implementation of the stationed units. Responsible for the promotion, application, supervision and management of administrative examination and approval services and public resource transaction management information system. Coordinate the working relationship between accredited units, windows and accredited units; Responsible for the daily management, training and assessment of the staff of the stationed units; Accept all kinds of complaints and reports, and assist relevant units to do a good job in investigation and handling.
