1. The applicant enterprise must be on the platform of "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (Jiangsu)" and its credit rating must be "qualified".
2. Applicants with import and export activities must have it on the platform of "Publicity of Import and Export Credit Information of China Customs Enterprises". The credit information level of enterprises must be "general credit enterprises" (inclusive) or above, and the import and export volume in the previous year reached more than 500,000 yuan; If there are no import and export activities (or entrust a third party), the communication with APEC economies must be explained in the application reasons.
3. If the applicant enterprise is included in the scope of tax credit evaluation, the grade of the previous year must be above M; Not included in the scope of tax credit evaluation, the previous year must be "completed tax payment according to law"; Partnership enterprises and sole proprietorship enterprises shall pay individual income tax according to law.
4. The number of employees in traditional production and manufacturing industries is not less than "10", and the number of employees in emerging industries such as trade is not less than "5".

(1) Senior government officials engaged in APEC affairs or government officials in charge of travel card business, and China officials working in APEC organizations.
Government officials will send the applicant's materials to the higher authorities with the power of foreign affairs examination and approval according to the examination and approval procedures for going abroad on business; China officials working in APEC organizations shall be audited by the applicant's original unit or sent to the higher authorities with foreign affairs approval authority. After examination, the relevant departments will send the relevant materials to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for examination, and the Consular Department will issue cards to the applicants after passing the examination and being approved by other economies.
(2) Large state-owned enterprises managed by the central government.
After the applicant's enterprise examines the applicant's materials, it will send the relevant materials to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for examination, and the Consular Department will issue cards to the applicant after passing the examination and obtaining approval from other economies.
(3) Personnel of local state-owned enterprises

How long can my card stay in each economy?
The maximum allowable stay in each economy is 60 days or 90 days, as follows:
60 days: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea.
90 days: Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Brunei, Mexico, Peru and Chile.
If the travel card is valid for less than 60 days or 90 days, you need to leave the country before the card expires.
Cardholders from other economies can stay in China for 60 days at a time.
