The application method of food hygiene license is as follows:
1. The applicant fills in the corresponding application form and submits an application for food hygiene license of a city in the local acceptance window;

4. Ten working days after making the decision to grant the food hygiene license. The process of handling the food circulation permit is as follows:
1. After consultation, receive and fill in the Application for Food Circulation Permit and prepare relevant materials; Fill in and prepare the application for food circulation permit, prepare the notice of pre-approval of the name, and the certification materials of the food business premises, prepare the identity cards of the person in charge and the food safety management personnel, and also prepare the equipment, tool list, spatial layout of business facilities, food commitment letter, food safety management system and other materials. Engaged in food business, and then submit an application to the window of the Food and Drug Administration;
2. After submitting the application, wait for the Food and Drug Administration to accept it. After accepting the application, the Food and Drug Administration shall examine the submitted materials and issue a notice of acceptance after passing the examination;
3. After the admission notice is issued, review the information. After the notification of acceptance is issued, the professionals of the Food and Drug Administration will conduct data review, and conduct data review in accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety Law and the Measures for the Administration of Food Circulation Permit, and conduct on-site audit;
4, data and on-site audit, and then for examination and approval. The US Food and Drug Administration will conduct examination and approval according to the examination and approval results. If the examination and approval result is passed, it shall be approved. If the approval result fails, it depends on where the approval failed, and then re-approve.
5. Issue the food circulation license after the final approval. After approval, the Food and Drug Administration will issue a food circulation license.
To sum up, food safety certification refers to enterprises that have obtained food quality and safety production licenses. Before the food produced and processed by it passes the ex-factory inspection, the number of the food quality and safety production license uniformly formulated by the state must be marked on the food packaging of the smallest sales unit, and the food quality and safety market access mark "QS" should be affixed or pasted.
