The difference between durable board and acrylic board is that the most basic raw materials are different. Simply put, acrylic is brittle and its impact resistance is not as good as that of resistance plate. If you hit acrylic with a hammer, it will break, but the resistance plate will not. (1) light transmittance: the maximum light transmittance of the resistance board can reach 89%, which is equivalent to that of glass. (7) Sound insulation: The sound insulation effect of the baffle is obvious, which is better than that of the glass and secondary reinforcing ribs with the same thickness. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation of the resistor board is 5-9 dB higher than that of the glass. It is the first choice material for road noise barrier in the world.

(8) Energy saving: cool in summer and warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (K value) of the resistance plate is lower than that of common glass and other plastics, and the thermal insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than that of the same glass, and the maximum thermal insulation of the resistance plate is 49%. (9) Temperature adaptability: PC board will not be cold brittle at -40℃, will not soften at 125℃, and its mechanical properties will not change obviously in harsh environment.
