Third, the difference between resistance board and acrylic board:
The difference between durable board and acrylic board is that the most basic raw materials are different. Simply put, acrylic is brittle and its impact resistance is not as good as that of resistance plate. If you hit acrylic with a hammer, it will break, but the resistance plate will not. The surface is transparent, and the new material resistance board has high transparency, which looks very transparent, and acrylic is a bit hazy. Moreover, acrylic is easy to age, and the resistance board can be anti-aging. In the sun, the light reflected by the PC resistance board is very horizontal and visible to the naked eye.
Four, the advantages of resistance plate:
(1) light transmittance: the maximum light transmittance of the resistance board can reach 89%, which is equivalent to that of glass. UV coated panels exposed to sunlight will not turn yellow, fog and have poor light transmittance. After ten years, the optical transmission loss is only 10%, the PVC loss is as high as 15%-20%, and the glass fiber loss is as high as 12%-20%.
(2) Impact resistance: the impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic board with the same thickness and 2-20 times that of tempered glass. Even if it is hit less than two meters by a 3 kg hammer, it has the reputation of "unbreakable glass" and "ringing steel".
(3) Anti-ultraviolet: One side of PC board is covered with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side is treated with anti-condensation, which integrates the functions of anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fog. It can block the passage of ultraviolet rays and is suitable for protecting valuable works of art and exhibits from ultraviolet rays.
(4) Light weight: the specific gravity is only half that of glass, which saves the cost of transportation, unloading, installation and support of the frame.
(5) Flame retardancy: The national standard GB 50222-95 confirms that the fire-resistant board is flame retardant, that is, B 1. The ignition point of PC board itself is 580℃, which will go out automatically after leaving the fire source, and will not produce toxic gas when burning, which will not promote the spread of fire.
(6) Flexibility: Cold bending can be adopted on site according to the design drawings, and it can be installed into arched and semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 175 times of the thickness of the adopted plate, and it can also be hot bent.
(7) Sound insulation: The sound insulation effect of the baffle is obvious, which is better than that of the glass and secondary reinforcing ribs with the same thickness. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation of the resistor board is 5-9 dB higher than that of the glass. It is the first choice material for road noise barrier in the world.
(8) Energy saving: cool in summer and warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (K value) of the resistance plate is lower than that of common glass and other plastics, and the thermal insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than that of the same glass, and the maximum thermal insulation of the resistance plate is 49%. So as to greatly reduce the heat loss, and is used in buildings with heating equipment, and belongs to environmental protection materials.
(9) Temperature adaptability: PC board will not be cold brittle at -40℃, will not soften at 125℃, and its mechanical properties will not change obviously in harsh environment.
