Our law firm is employed as a perennial legal consultant for your daily legal affairs. Law firms form a team of lawyers and assign lawyers to handle general litigation activities. Major litigation, arbitration and difficult cases shall, in principle, be assigned by law firms to participate in litigation activities. According to the difficulty of the case, a certain proportion of agency fees will be charged according to the preferential ratio. In order to ensure the quality of service and the agency quality of litigation cases, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of your company.
Fixed service:
Consultants come to provide targeted professional legal consulting services; Conduct targeted legal service lectures at home; You can make an appointment with a lawyer's office or call for legal advice at any time; Issue legal opinions.
The specific scope of services includes:
1. Provide daily legal advice and legal opinions;
2. Drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, lawyers' letters, statements, confirmations and other legal documents or legal documents;
3. To formulate, revise and review the rules and regulations on labor, business secrets and other management aspects;
4. Legal argumentation on major legal issues in the management of clients' foreign investment and guarantee operation;
5. Conduct legal argumentation and planning for the cases that the clients are going to litigate and arbitrate;
6. Provide legal information such as laws, regulations and policies closely related to customers;
7. Participate in the negotiation of legal affairs and business affairs, and review or prepare legal documents required for the negotiation;
8. Clean up the creditor's rights and debts of customers, and put forward legal opinions and countermeasures;
9. Predict and prevent possible legal risks of customers, and put forward legal opinions and countermeasures;

4. Labor and personnel, trade secret protection and non-competition restrictions
5. Acquisition, protection and utilization of intellectual property rights and technologies
6. Coordinate with administrative organs such as taxation, industry and commerce.
7. Handling of conflicts and disputes
8. Staff legal training and legal information provision.
Charge standard:
The basic consultant fee is 20,000 yuan, and the legal services other than the above are charged at 75% of the lawyer's service fee standard of our firm;
Travel expenses, transportation expenses and communication expenses are all reimbursed.

Personal legal consulting business:
Provide many legal services related to personal life and education for individuals, including job hunting, buying a house, buying a car, consumer disputes, divorce = inheritance. You can make an appointment with a law firm at any time or call for legal advice for free. Draft, review and modify ten contract documents and other legal documents, and charge the excess according to the agreed standard.
Charge standard:
The basic consultant fee is 5000 yuan. For major and complicated non-litigation business and the participation of entrusted agents in litigation and arbitration activities, the lawyer's fee is charged at 75% of the lawyer's service fee standard of our firm. Travel expenses, transportation expenses and communication expenses are all reimbursed.
