After reviewing the applicant's application conditions and materials to meet the requirements, the center will input the information into the system, issue the Qualification Examination Form for Entrusted Extraction of Loan Repayment, and sign the Agreement for Entrusted Extraction of Provident Fund for Housing Loan Repayment with the applicant (central part).

The applicant carries the agreement signed with the center and other materials to the loan bank, and after the approval of the loan bank, signs the Agreement on Repaying the Housing Loan and Entrusting the Withdrawal of Provident Fund (part of the bank).

According to the agreement, the center carries out entrusted loan repayment.

Within the time limit for repaying the house purchase loan

Materials required for the Application Form for Qualification of Loan Repayment Entrustment in H2 Suzhou Industrial Park 1 copy (1);

(2) One original and one copy of the provident fund membership card and ID card;

(3) The original and photocopy of the bank loan contract;

(4) The latest monthly loan repayment plan and the original balance list stamped by the bank (valid within one month);

(5) One original of Housing Loan H4 for Suzhou Industrial Park stamped by the bank (valid within one month);

(6) To purchase newly-built ordinary houses, it is required to provide: the original and photocopy of the purchase contract and the real estate sales invoice 1 copy each;

To purchase a complete set of stock houses, you need to provide: one original and one copy of the stock house sales contract, real estate sales invoice, deed tax payment certificate, real estate license and land certificate;

(7) If the Class A insured person applies for using the housing account and the general special account, but has not reserved the personal basic old-age insurance withholding deposit, and there are multiple * * * buyers, it is required to provide the original and photocopy of the identity cards of all buyers, and the proof of the relationship with the first buyer:

(1) Both husband and wife should provide the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate (or the same household registration book);

(2) Parents (including parents of husband and wife) and children should provide the original and photocopy of the same household registration book (or the certificate issued by the public security notary department) to prove lineal relatives.

(8) If the borrower's spouse applies for repayment entrustment, it shall provide: marriage certificate (or household registration book with household registration book), original and photocopy of both husband and wife's ID cards 1 copy;

(9) If the immediate family members of the borrower apply for repayment entrustment, they shall provide: a copy of the certificate of the immediate family members of the borrower (the household registration book is the same as the household registration book or the certificate issued by the public security [notarization] department) 1 copy, and the original and copy of the borrower's ID card 1 copy;

(10) If you want to use the house again, you need to provide: one original and one copy of the real estate license, land certificate and loan settlement certificate of the house you used last time. For the sale of old houses, the original certificate of ownership change issued by the property rights trading center shall be provided.

Matters needing attention: From July 1 1, when employees apply to use the provident fund to repay housing loans, they all use the repayment entrustment withdrawal (reimbursement system), and they should sign the Repayment Agreement of Housing Loan Entrusted Withdrawal Provident Fund with the Center and the loan bank.
