Check whether the charging power supply is normal. Please use the special charging power supply: 220V 50Hz, 10A standard single-phase bipolar grounding socket for charging. 4. If the AC charging connection device is not connected correctly, please confirm that the switch of the AC charging equipment has bounced. Note that the plug length of the charging equipment from seven-core to seven-core wire is different, and the connection position is also different. 5. Fault diagnosis of vehicle or AC charging connection device If the power supply system fault light on the instrument cluster is on, or there is a charging system fault prompt, stop charging at this time and contact the automobile authorized service shop in time. 6. The charging pile or vehicle shows a fault, and the power system fault light on the instrument cluster is on.
