If you can't find the required information through the above two methods, you can go to the window of the local industrial and commercial administration department for consultation and inquiry, and the staff will provide relevant information as needed.
The business license cancellation process is as follows:
1. First get the form from the national tax, fill in it according to the requirements of the national tax, sign and seal it, cancel the invoice and pay the tax, and it will take back the tax registration certificate of the national tax and give you a notice of cancellation of tax registration.
2. Take the notice of cancellation of tax registration from the national tax and the form from the local tax. After paying the tax, recover the local tax registration certificate and issue a notice of cancellation of tax registration to the local tax;
3. Take two notices to cancel the bank account;
4. Take the notice to the industrial and commercial bureau, fill in the materials for canceling the business license with the form, and then return it to the industrial and commercial bureau for cancellation procedures. Revoke the business license and issue a cancellation certificate.

A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.
The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.
Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.

A limited liability company established in accordance with this law must indicate the words limited liability company or limited company in its name.
