Yixing City belongs to Jiangsu Province.

Yixing is located between 3107 ′-3137 ′ north latitude and 0/93120 03 ′ east longitude. Located at the southwest end of Jiangsu Province, in the center of the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou Triangle, it is connected to the water surface of Taihu Lake in Suzhou in the east, Changxing County in Zhejiang Province in the southeast, Guangde County in Anhui Province in the southwest, liyang city in Changzhou City in the west, Jintan District in Changzhou City in the northwest and Wujin District in Changzhou City in the north.

Yixing is high in the south and low in the north, with low mountains and hills in the southwest. The highest peak in the city is Huangta, with an altitude of 611.5m. Taihu Lake in the east is a blasphemous area, suitable for planting all kinds of vegetables. The north and west are plain areas and low-lying polder areas respectively.

Yixing Zhuhai Scenic Area is located in a lake 3 1 km southwest of Yixing City. The town is a national AAAA tourist area, a national scenic spot, a provincial forest park, 18 scenic spots in Wuxi and one of the top ten scenic spots in Yixing.

The main scenic spots are the first source of Taihu Lake, the first peak in southern Jiangsu, Zhubao Ping 'an, the beautiful scenery of Jinghu Lake, the Ling Bo of Suoqiao, the silent Zhao Temple, the bamboo waterfall, the emerald promenade and the hanging plank road. The central tourist area of the scenic spot is 10,000 mu, which is known as "the first bamboo sea in East China, the first source of Taihu Lake and the first peak in South Jiangsu".
