Can hepatitis B take an examination of civil servants?

If the test excludes hepatitis, yes.

Legal basis:

Article 7 of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial):

1, all kinds of acute and chronic hepatitis, unqualified.

2, hepatitis B pathogen carriers, after inspection to exclude hepatitis, qualified.

Therefore, as long as the liver function of patients with hepatitis B is normal, HBV-DNA is negative, and they have no symptoms of hepatitis, they can apply for the exam. However, if one of the above three items is abnormal, you can't apply for civil servants, and you can only apply for it after treatment and stable condition.

Extended data:

Article 2 of the Opinions on Protecting the Employment Rights of HBsAg Carriers issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Health on May 8, 2007 stipulates: "Promoting the fair employment of HBsAg carriers mainly includes protecting the employment rights of HBsAg carriers."

In addition to the national laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the Ministry of Health prohibiting the spread of hepatitis B, the employer shall not refuse to hire or dismiss hepatitis B surface antigen carriers on the grounds that workers carry hepatitis B surface antigen.
