5. Candidates who fail to sign the safety certificate within/0/4 days before the exam should consult the epidemic prevention and control department of their permanent residence in time, otherwise they will be responsible for taking the exam.
Second, take the exam.

7. 10. The examinee's body temperature was normal when he entered the school, but there were suspicious symptoms during the exam. Should immediately report to the examination staff, and obey the examination staff in accordance with the relevant provisions and procedures for epidemic prevention.

12. Under any of the following circumstances, candidates are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test:
(1) Persons who are in compulsory isolation period, medical observation period or home isolation period according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19;
(2) Persons whose health codes are displayed as yellow codes or red team;
(3) People whose body temperature exceeded 37.3℃ twice at the scene on the day of the examination.
13. Candidates who are false or untrue, conceal their medical history, residence history and contact history, take medicine by themselves to conceal symptoms, conceal their health status or evade epidemic prevention measures are not allowed to take the exam once they are found; If adverse effects and consequences are caused, relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to laws and regulations.
14. If there is any change in epidemic situation and prevention and control policies, it shall be implemented according to the latest epidemic situation prevention and control regulations of the state, Jiangxi Province and Ji 'an City.
