The website sponsor shall truthfully submit the website filing materials to the access service provider in accordance with the relevant requirements of the state. After the access service provider verifies the authenticity of the filing materials, the access service provider shall submit the filing materials to the Communication Administration Bureau where the website sponsor resides. If the filing materials are true, accurate, effective and complete, the Communications Administration will review and approve them within 20 working days; If the filing materials are false, untrue or incomplete, the Communications Administration will not put them on record, and feedback the reasons for not putting them on record to the access service provider within 20 working days, and the access service provider will inform the website organizer of the reasons for not putting them on record. Please ask the website organizer to choose a legal access service provider, provide access services for the website, and perform legal filing procedures. The list of legal access service providers can be found in the website filing management system of our Ministry (www.miitbeian.gov.cn) and the "self-filing navigation" of the website filing information service system of local communication administrations.

Second, website organizers need to submit filing materials.

(a) the website sponsored by the unit shall, in addition to truthfully reporting all the filing fields required by the filing management system, also provide the following filing materials:

1. website filing information checklist.

2. Copy of qualification certificate of the unit (with official seal), such as business license, organization code certificate, legal person certificate, etc.

3. Copy of the certificate of the person in charge of the unit website, such as ID card (preferred certificate), household registration book, Taiwanese certificate, passport, etc.

4. Visit the photos of the person in charge of the unit website collected by the service provider.

5. The website is engaged in internet information services such as news, publishing, education, medical care, medicines and medical devices, culture, radio, film and television programs. , and shall provide a copy of the documents approved by the relevant competent department (with official seal); If the website is engaged in bulletin board service, it shall provide a copy of the special license document (with official seal).

Six copies of ID card, household registration book, Taiwanese certificate, passport and other documents of the person in charge of the unit.

7. Copy of the registration certificate of independent domain name used by the website (with official seal).

(2) In addition to truthfully reporting all the filing fields required by the filing management system, websites sponsored by individuals shall also provide the following filing materials:

1. website filing information checklist.

2. Copies of personal identification documents, such as ID card (preferred document), household registration book, Taiwanese certificate, passport, etc.

3. Visit the personal photos collected by the service provider on the spot.

4. The website is engaged in internet information services such as news, publishing, education, medical care, medicines and medical devices, culture, radio, film and television programs. , and shall provide the documents approved by the relevant competent authorities (with official seal); If the website is engaged in bulletin board service, it shall provide special license documents (with official seal).

5. A copy of the independent domain name registration certificate used by the website.
