The construction drawing design document review institution shall, according to the relevant technical specifications, seismic appraisal report and test report, put forward the review opinions of seismic reinforcement construction drawings. If the construction drawing passes the examination, it shall issue an examination certificate and return the full set of construction drawings sealed by the examination institution to the construction unit.
