(3) Ensure the safety of water traffic in the jurisdiction, maintain the navigation order, and supervise the above-water and underwater construction operations. Responsible for the investigation and mediation of water traffic accidents and the investigation, handling and statistics of water pollution accidents from ships, and organize water search and rescue. Investigate and deal with administrative violations of water traffic according to law.
(4) Responsible for the management of navigation standards and waterway maintenance within the jurisdiction.
(5) Responsible for the use and operation of the port coastline and the management of dangerous goods in the port.
(six) responsible for the market access, market order and management of ships operating in the waterway transportation area.
(7) Responsible for the operation inspection of ships (except dangerous goods ships) in the jurisdiction. Responsible for crew management and certification of crew certificates below level 4.
(8) In accordance with the scope and standards stipulated by the state, water transportation fees shall be levied according to law.
