Second, the target of recruitment.

Recruitment targets are fresh graduates (non-in-service) from ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 and graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications.

If the position selection is not completed within the specified time, it will be regarded as giving up the registration.

(3) Place of written examination

(D) Calculation of written test scores

The written test scores are rounded to two decimal places.

Sixth, preliminary qualification examination

(1) Pre-qualification object

The object of preliminary qualification examination is produced from the candidates who have passed the written examination.

Candidates in other positions can participate in the preliminary qualification examination according to the written test scores from high to low.

Candidates who are not selected for the "volunteer" position are deemed to have given up the position.

2. Pre-qualification category.

According to the written test results, candidates are divided into a, b, c and d categories.

Class A: refers to candidates who have passed the written test and are ranked within the interview quota of the recruitment position (three times the number of recruits).

A-class candidates are the object of preliminary qualification examination.

Class B: refers to candidates who have passed the written test and are ranked outside the interview quota of the recruitment position, and the number of recruits is less than 6 times.

Class B candidates who apply for police positions are the objects of preliminary qualification examination, and class B candidates who apply for other positions are the personnel of preliminary qualification examination.

Class C: refers to the candidates who have passed the written test but are ranked behind the candidates of Class B..

Class d: refers to candidates who fail the written test.

Candidates in categories C and D are not qualified for preliminary examination.

(3) Audit requirements

Focus on the age, graduation time, major, education, degree, work experience, job qualifications, professional and technical qualifications and professional (professional) qualifications of the candidates for preliminary qualification examination. If the documents (certificates) are incomplete and can't be completed on time or are inconsistent with the qualification for the examination, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

Once verified, applicants who provide false materials will be disqualified from entering the examination or employment, and will be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations in the Employment of Civil Servants.

The preliminary qualification examination only makes a preliminary examination of the materials submitted by the candidates. Whether the qualifications of the candidates meet the requirements of the recruitment position depends on the qualification examination, inspection and employment approval.

(4) Prequalification rules

Candidates who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination or give up the interview quota (except for police positions) will be filled in the order of the total written test score of the same position from high to low within the specified time, and the corresponding vacancies will be filled in the order of B candidates.

Seven, physical assessment

(A) Physical fitness assessment object

Physical fitness evaluation of police post setting.

Among the candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination, those whose written test scores are within the interview quota are physical fitness assessment targets, and those whose written test scores are outside the interview quota are physical fitness assessment substitutes.

(2) Time and place of physical fitness assessment

Physical fitness assessment is conducted after the preliminary qualification examination in Shenzhen.

The specific arrangements and related requirements for physical fitness assessment shall be announced or notified by the recruitment agency.

(3) Physical fitness assessment items and standards

The physical fitness assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [201] No.48).

Supplementary rules for physical fitness assessment

If the interview places are vacant due to the unqualified or abandoned physical fitness assessment of candidates, the corresponding number of vacancies will be filled from the physical fitness assessment personnel in turn according to the order of the total written test scores of the same position within the specified time.

If the interview places of all physical fitness testers are still vacant after the make-up exam, they will not be replenished.

Eight, interview

(1) Respondents

The number of interviewees is determined according to the ratio of high score to low score 1:3 in the written test.

If those who pass the written test, preliminary qualification examination and physical fitness assessment do not reach the prescribed proportion, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people.

(2) Interview arrangement

The interview place is in Shenzhen.

The specific arrangement and relevant requirements of the interview will be published on the website of Shenzhen Youth League.

(3) Calculation of total score

Total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

The total score of the exam is rounded to three decimal places.

Candidates with the same total score in the same position will be ranked according to the written test scores, administrative professional ability tests and professional written test scores.

If the above results are the same, the ranking shall be determined by additional test, and the specific additional test method shall be determined separately.

According to the needs of the position, with the approval of the municipal competent department of civil servants, the recruitment agency can evaluate the psychological quality of candidates before and after the interview, and the evaluation results serve as an important reference for selecting the best candidates.

Nine, physical examination, qualification examination and inspection

(1) Physical examination object

After the exam, determine the list of medical examiners according to the total score of the exam from high to low.

Among them, the positions that don't need difference inspection are determined according to the number of recruits, and some positions are subject to difference inspection (see position table), and the candidates are determined according to the proportion of difference inspection (no more than 1:2).

Those whose written test scores and total test scores did not reach the qualified score line specified by the municipal civil servant department, and those who were absent from written test, physical fitness assessment and interview. Can't be listed as a physical examination object.

(2) Organizing physical examination.

The physical examination shall be organized by the recruitment agency.

(3) Qualification examination and inspection

Candidates who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation.

X. Publicity and employment

The recruitment agency shall, in accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards, select the best candidates according to the examination results, physical examination results and inspection conditions.

The list of candidates to be hired shall be publicized on the website of the recruitment agency or the competent department of civil servants.

The publicity contents include the name of the recruitment agency, the name of the person to be hired, gender, admission ticket number, work unit or graduate school, etc. At the same time, the report phone number was announced and accepted by the society.

The publicity period is 5 working days. If the problems not reflected or reflected in the publicity do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures and authority.

If the employment is approved by the examination and approval, the recruitment agency and the personnel to be employed shall go through the registration formalities according to the regulations.

Newly hired street civil servants must serve in the street for not less than 5 years (including probation period) after employment.

The probation period for newly recruited civil servants is one year.

Those who pass the examination after the probation period are graded according to the clear rank of the position they apply for. For example, the recruitment position is a first-class clerk, and the minimum academic qualification is a bachelor's degree. Candidates, whether undergraduate or graduate students, will serve as first-class clerks after the probation period.
