It is one of the more successful modes of running vocational education in the world in 2 1 century, and is known as the "secret weapon" of Germany's economic take-off after World War II. The so-called "dual system" is a mode of running vocational education in which schools and enterprises jointly complete the whole process of talent training. Its main characteristics are three: first, it has a clear training goal. That is, to cultivate high-quality first-line skilled workers or skilled farmers. Second, enterprises and schools coordinate with each other, focusing on enterprises. Third, theory and practice should be closely integrated, and practice should be given priority. Practical courses account for more than 60% of the whole training.
A profound understanding and grasp of these spiritual essence will enable us to take into account the differences in social system, economic base and cultural background between China and China when introducing, learning from and implementing this model, and proceed from's national conditions and equality, and make rational sublation.
