All economic professionals who abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good moral conduct and professional quality, and meet the registration requirements for the primary, intermediate and advanced economic professional and technical qualification examinations can sign up for the corresponding level examinations.
(a) who is engaged in economic professional work, with high school education recognized by the national education department (including senior high school, technical secondary school, vocational high school, technical school, the same below) or above, can sign up for the primary economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(two) one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examination:
1. Graduated from high school and obtained the technical qualification of primary economy major, and worked in related majors for over 10 years;
2. Have a college degree and have been engaged in related professional work for 6 years;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree and have been engaged in related professional work for 4 years;
4. Obtain a second bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree, and have been engaged in related professional work for 2 years;
5. Have a master's degree and have been engaged in relevant professional work for 1 year;
6. Have a doctorate.
(three) meet one of the following conditions, can sign up for the senior economic professional and technical qualification examination:
1. Have a college degree, obtain intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications, and have worked as an economist for over 10 years;
2. Have a master's degree, or a second bachelor's degree or postgraduate class, or a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in work related to the responsibilities of economists for 5 years after obtaining intermediate economic and technical qualifications;
3. Have a doctorate, obtain intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications, and have been engaged in the work related to the responsibilities of economists for 2 years.
Those who have obtained intermediate professional and technical qualifications in accounting, statistics and auditing, and meet the above qualifications and years, can sign up for the senior economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(4) 1. Obtained the primary professional qualification of tour guide, auctioneer, assistant of real estate agent and banking, which can correspond to the primary economic professional and technical qualification;
2. Obtaining intermediate professional qualifications of real estate appraisers, consulting engineers (investment), land registration agents, real estate brokers and bankers, which can correspond to intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications;
3. To obtain the professional qualifications of asset appraisers and tax agents, you can correspond to the primary or intermediate economic professional and technical qualifications in accordance with the qualifications and years specified in the Basic Standard Conditions for the Evaluation of Professional Titles of Economic Professionals, as a condition for signing up for the higher-level economic professional and technical qualification examination.
(five) since 2020, intellectual property professionals to participate in the economic series of professional and technical qualification examination or title evaluation. Relevant titles in the field of intellectual property obtained in accordance with relevant regulations can be used as conditions for entering the higher-level professional and technical qualification examination or evaluation of economic series intellectual property majors. Specifically, the local intellectual property management departments will conduct an audit in conjunction with the human and social departments.
