During the one-month stay in the north, we gradually entered the work role, from studying the real estate assessment report to becoming an assistant to colleagues, to participating in the project, and finally got the position of the main force of the project. These gradual progress are the affirmation given by colleagues and the result of our efforts. We have not only gained knowledge, but also gained confidence in going to society. Let's briefly introduce some projects that our group participated in in the north.
The purpose of land price monitoring in Beijing is to facilitate the land and resources departments to regulate and manage the land price in Beijing. At the end of each year, one or two representative plots are selected for evaluation in each region to grasp the land price distribution in Beijing.
The Land and Resources Bureau has arranged six monitoring points for the North Company. Due to the arduous task, six people participated in the project. According to the requirements of the State Bureau of Land and Resources, we calculated the floor price and mature floor price under the conditions of current plot ratio and current land development degree, and the floor price and mature floor price under the conditions of setting plot ratio 2 and land development degree chr(39) and seven connections and one leveling chr(39). Finish the task in 5 days. It took three days to go out for inspection and two days to write the appraisal report. The main task of out-of-town inspection is to inspect the monitoring points and places where market comparison method is used to compare cases, and make records and take photos.
