First, make an appointment before consultation: you can choose to make an appointment for consultation by telephone or chat tools such as WeChat and QQ.
Second, confirm the time: the staff will be responsible for confirming the appropriate time for you to discuss with the consultant. Unless otherwise specified, each consultation will be counted as 50 minutes. When making an appointment, the staff will not only confirm the time with you, but also confirm with you the day before the consultation day to confirm that you can consult the next day. If you need to cancel the consultation, you need to cancel it the day before the consultation. Please note that if it is confirmed that you can consult, but you cannot consult for some reason, the fee for this consultation will still be charged according to the consultation agreement. Similarly, if the consultant fails to consult after confirmation, you will be compensated as agreed.
3. Before consultation: For the first time, please arrive at the consultation room 10 to 15 minutes in advance, read and sign the consultation agreement (confirmed by the first consultation). Please come to the clinic on time for a follow-up visit. During the consultation, the accompanying visitors can rest in the reception room.
4. After consultation: Pay the consultation fee in the reception room according to the actual consultation time (please refer to the fee schedule) and confirm the next consultation time. In principle, these fees are paid to employees, not consultants themselves. If the payment has been made in advance by transfer, there is no need to pay again. After the consultation, confirm the time of the next visit with the consultant assistant.
Fifth, finally (consultation is suspended): the consultation is suspended, and the consultant will discuss the effect of the consultation with the visitors. If you like, you will also be invited to participate in a random consultation effect sampling survey. The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the consultant's work, and all your data will be kept confidential.
