Interrogation of criminal suspects must be conducted by investigators. The number of investigators shall not be less than two, and multiple criminal suspects shall not be questioned at the same time.
The suspect in Cheng Zhongjia must sit in the interrogation chair and lock his seat.

Waiting room:
1. If there are people being questioned in the waiting room, they must be monitored by the police on duty. It is strictly forbidden for people who do not have the identity of the people's police to participate in the viewing.
2, the police on duty should stick to their posts, earnestly perform their duties, carefully record the situation on duty, and do a good job of succession, it is forbidden to take off their posts and sleep.
3. It is strictly forbidden to send suspects who continue to be interrogated without approval to the waiting room. It is forbidden to send interrogators of different sexes to the same waiting room.
When the person being questioned is sent to the waiting room, the police in charge should ask about his physical condition. If the interviewee is found to have abnormal conditions such as trauma and serious illness symptoms, he should immediately report to the duty leader of the case-handling unit for timely and proper handling.
5. When the interrogators are sent to the waiting room, the items they carry shall be stored in the temporary items list, and shall be properly kept after being signed or fingerprinted by the interrogators.
6. During the continuous interrogation, the interrogated person shall be provided with a basic diet. For those who continue to be interrogated for more than 12 hours, bedding shall be provided.
When the police lead the interrogators to leave the waiting room to go to the toilet, they must keep a close eye on them to prevent accidents.
Inquiry room:
1, the inquiry room is mainly used to ask witnesses such as suspects and victims. Shall not engage in other irrelevant work.
2, ask illegal suspects, victims and other witnesses. Must be carried out by no less than two civilian police.
3. Before interrogation, Qian Yi should know the identity of the person being interrogated and the relationship between the suspect, the victim and other witnesses, and inform him to provide evidence truthfully. The case-handling personnel shall not disclose the case to the person being questioned or express their views on the case.
4. The person questioned shall be informed of the obligation to truthfully answer the questions raised by the case-handling personnel and the right to refuse to answer questions irrelevant to the case.
5. When inquiring about minors under the age of 16, they shall notify their parents or other guardians to be present. If parents or other guardians cannot be present, they may notify their teachers to be present.
6. When asking the deaf-mute, people familiar with deaf-mute gestures should participate, and the deaf-mute situation and the translator's name, address, work unit and occupation should be indicated in the inquiry record.
7. The record of inquiry shall be checked by the person being questioned or read to him, and corrections or supplements are allowed. After verification, I will sign it page by page and fill in the items listed in the inquiry record completely according to the regulations. The investigators and translators shall sign the inquiry record.
8. If the respondent requests to write the statement by himself, it shall be allowed to sign the last page of the statement and press the fingerprint. After the soul receives it, it should endorse the time, place and total number of pages on the top right of the home page and sign it.
9. The privacy and secret soul involved in the inquiry shall be kept confidential.
