(2) The laws, regulations and national policies on which this Contract was concluded were abolished;
(3) All contracted land has been requisitioned by the state according to law or collectively owned;
(4) The contract cannot be performed due to force majeure;
(five) due to the breach of contract by one party, the contract can not be continued;
(six) the contractor lost the ability to contract or died, and the successor gave up the inheritance, which made the contract impossible to perform;
(seven) the employer illegally interferes with the production and business activities of the contractor, so that the contractor can not continue to perform the contract.
Article 18 If one party requests to modify or terminate the contract, it shall promptly notify the other party and reach a written agreement with the other party. If one party changes or terminates the contract without the consent of the other party or according to the procedures, its change or termination is invalid, and it shall pay liquidated damages to the other party, and shall be liable for compensation if it causes economic losses to the other party. If the other party requests to continue to perform, the competent department of contract management shall order it to continue to perform.
Article 19 If a party suffers losses due to the modification or termination of the contract, the responsible party shall be responsible for compensation, except that it can be exempted from liability according to law.
Twentieth after the conclusion of the contract, the employer shall not change or terminate the contract because of the change of the legal representative, responsible person or contractor.
