Where to adopt orphans?

Legal analysis: adoption of orphans should be handled in the civil affairs bureau, and foreign adoption needs notarization. As for the formalities, it is best to go to the local civil affairs department in person. Legally, adoption is regarded as an identity contract relationship of children born in wedlock. Because the adoption society will pretend that there is a parent-child relationship between people who are not really related, the adopter and the adoptee are also called legal blood relatives or imaginary blood relatives.

Article 1096 A guardian who places an orphan out for adoption shall obtain the consent of the person who has the obligation to support him. If the person who has the obligation to support does not agree to the adoption and the guardian is unwilling to continue to perform the guardianship duties, a new guardian shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the first part of this law.

Article 1 100 An adopter without children may adopt two children; An adopter with children can only adopt one child. The adoption of orphans, disabled minors who cannot find their biological parents or minors raised by child welfare institutions may not be subject to the restrictions stipulated in the preceding paragraph and the first paragraph of Article 1098 of this Law.
