Beijing Yizhuang Economic Development Zone

Beijing Yizhuang Economic Development Zone belongs to Daxing District, but as Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone is a national economic development zone, the relevant administrative examination and approval is directly managed by Beijing.

Beijing Yizhuang Economic Development Zone is located in Yizhuang District, Daxing, Beijing, China. It belongs to Nanyuan, the royal garden of Beijing in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is a state-level economic and technological development zone that Beijing enjoys the double preferential policies of national economic and technological development zone and national high-tech industrial park.

It consists of scientifically planned industrial zone, high-standard commercial zone and high-quality living zone. As one of the three key new cities in Beijing, it is positioned as a high-tech industry and advanced manufacturing base in the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Development Corridor, and undertakes the heavy responsibility of "relieving the population function of central cities, gathering emerging industries and promoting regional development".

In order to meet the needs of short-term development and long-term control, and ensure the unity, continuity and integrity of functional zoning, the development zone is divided into four functional zones, namely, core zone, Ludong zone, Hexi zone and lunan district zone, according to the different development stages of the development zone for 25 years.
