To this end, our county has formulated the working principles of setting county conditions, township reporting, county review and three-level publicity confirmation. On this basis, nearly 300 objects reported initially were screened and rechecked twice, and then publicized. Finally, 125 eligible objects were identified, and the care funds were distributed according to different situations. After our county was identified as the first pilot county of the "Fertility Care" project in the province, although the work started in time, because of the "9. 10" torrential rain once in several decades, temporary poor family planning households needed assistance, which greatly increased the workload of coping with the disaster and special investigation. Besides, we have the idea that we would rather take our time and work carefully to make nursing more practical, so we can't follow the original idea.
Second, care is light. Although the caring fund of 200,000 yuan is not a small sum, our county is a large agricultural county with a population of one million, and the people who meet the caring conditions and need to provide care and assistance are also a large group. Therefore, whether in the amount of care funds or in the face of care objects, we have failed to take into account, so there is always some confusion about whether the development of this work will bring negative effects, including the details of publicity, so we must think twice and be cautious. In short, due to the limited project funds and matching funds, this kind of care has not fundamentally solved the practical difficulties of the caring objects.
Third, the follow-up service is soft. On the one hand, due to the use of project funds within the specified time, coupled with the lack of matching mechanism and successful experience for reference, this kind of caring activities, except for nine family planning families, are generally limited to visiting and sending them to solatium, and there is basically no follow-up service. On the other hand, the organizational network of some grass-roots associations is not perfect, the staff lack the service concept, the understanding of extending and expanding the work results of the "Care for Maternity" project is insufficient, and even there are isolated, indifferent and wait-and-see phenomena.
