Personal personnel files can be queried in the following ways:
1, consultation 1 14, check the telephone number of the local personnel bureau, and the staff will provide the telephone number for file inquiry. Telephone consultation is available.
2. Bring my ID card to the Archives Management Section of the Personnel Bureau for enquiry.
The service institutions for keeping archives are local talent markets, district and county talent markets and sub-district offices. According to China's Archives Law, Regulations on the Work of Cadres' Archives, Interim Provisions on the Management of Floating Personnel's Archives and other laws and regulations, graduates' personnel files belong to public information that is managed by the state according to law, and individuals may not intercept or destroy them.
The state generally adopts three management methods for the unemployed files of college students after graduation:
First, the files are transferred to the source of students, received by the talent exchange center under the human resources and social security bureau of prefecture-level cities, and individuals go through the custody procedures.
The second is to leave the files in the school. After the work unit is implemented, the household registration and files will be moved to the place where the work unit is located, and the application file has not been implemented for more than two years. The school moved its files and accounts back to their original places, and the school no longer issued employment registration cards for them.
Third, transfer files to employment agencies or talent exchange centers.
