Chapter V Access and Application
Article 8 The principle of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" shall be adhered to in school enrollment.
Article 9 The school recognizes the policies and regulations of the admission examination departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on adding points, giving priority to admission and dropping points.
Article 10 Schools shall implement the bidding rules and bidding ratio requirements of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and give priority to the candidates with the first choice (sequential volunteering or parallel volunteer). Article 11 Access Rules
For candidates of literature, history and science and engineering (excluding candidates from Jiangsu Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and excluding provinces that implement the "professional+specialist" volunteer model), professional arrangements are made according to the scores of the files, and there is no difference in professional level between professional volunteers. If the candidates' scores are the same (the subjects selected by candidates in Jiangsu Province rank the same), they will be sorted in order of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores.
The admission rule of "score first and then grade" is implemented for the candidates of literature, history, science and engineering in Jiangsu Province, and the candidates are sorted according to their scores. If the candidates have the same score, priority will be given to those who rank higher in the academic proficiency test.
For the candidates admitted to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the fields of literature, history, science and engineering, based on the admission scores, "according to the professional wishes, the enrollment plan is 1: 1."
After enrolling a major (class) according to the above rules, if a major (class) is not full, the school will adjust the admission of candidates who cannot meet the professional volunteers but obey the professional adjustment according to the scores.
