Chapter I General Principles

Article 2 All kinds of adult colleges and universities mentioned in these Measures (hereinafter referred to as "adult colleges and universities") include: radio and television universities, staff universities, vocational and technical colleges, management cadre colleges, education colleges, independent correspondence colleges and adult (secondary) education colleges affiliated to ordinary universities approved by the Ministry of Education.
Article 3 The enrollment types of adult colleges and universities are divided into three types: junior college (hereinafter referred to as junior college), senior high school junior college (hereinafter referred to as junior college) and senior high school junior college (hereinafter referred to as junior college). Article 4 The undergraduate enrollment major set up by adult colleges and universities must be the major set up or put on record by the Ministry of Education for our general higher education; In principle, the enrollment specialty of Gao Qi University is implemented according to the Catalogue of Guiding Specialty of Higher Vocational Education in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Trial) promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2004. Article 5 Adult institutions of higher learning shall, in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education, formulate their enrollment regulations and make them public in an appropriate way. The enrollment charter must truthfully reflect the actual situation of the school, including enrollment scope, learning form, length of schooling and years, school location, admission principles, charging standards and the time and place of adding subjects. Adult colleges and universities should bear corresponding responsibilities for the contents of the enrollment regulations that have been announced to the society and candidates.
Chapter II Recruitment Plan
Article 6 The Provincial Education Examinations Institute shall, according to the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Education Department, summarize and check the enrollment plans of adult colleges and universities, and announce them to the public in an appropriate form. Any unpublished enrollment institutions and majors may not enroll students with nationally recognized academic qualifications.
Article 7 According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, correspondence enrollment plans for clinical medicine, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Uygur medicine, acupuncture and massage, preventive medicine, anesthesiology, medical imaging, medical examination, etc. are still not allowed. Art and foreign language majors may not arrange correspondence enrollment plans except schools approved by the Ministry of Education.
Article 8 According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, all kinds of adult colleges and universities are not allowed to enroll students with the diploma of second major without preliminary examination. Candidates who intend to apply for the exam need to take the national unified entrance examination for adult colleges and universities, and the number of students enrolled should be included in the enrollment plan of the enrollment school in the current year.
Chapter III Registration and Volunteer Service
Article 9 Registration conditions

(4) In principle, candidates' major should be consistent with their major.
Although they do not meet the above conditions, candidates who still voluntarily request to apply for medical specialties, the graduation certificate of medical adult higher education obtained after graduation will not be used as the basis for taking the examination for practicing doctors and practicing nurses. Please decide carefully.

Article 10 Time and place of registration
The unified registration time for the adult college entrance examination in our province is from September 1 day to September 5 of that year, and no supplementary report is allowed after the deadline. The registration place shall be determined by the conscription office (adult conscription office) of the city and county (city, district) and announced to the public before registration. Each registration point is responsible for the enrollment of adult colleges and universities and the examination of candidates' qualifications.
Candidates with Japanese subjects in the examination subjects must register at the designated place in Suzhou or Nantong.
Article 11 Registration procedures
1. All applicants must show their ID cards (PLA, Armed Police, People's Police and civilian cadres must show their military officer's cards, soldier's cards, police officer's cards and civilian cadre's cards respectively, the same below) and go through the registration formalities at the registration point within the specified time.
2. Candidates who apply for the college entrance examination must also present the original and two copies of their diploma with college education or above. 3. Candidates must carefully check their names, ID numbers, volunteers and other important information when registering and filling in their volunteers. If there are any mistakes, candidates should correct them to the staff at the registration point on the spot, and sign the checklist after confirmation. 6. 7. 8. In addition to the above-mentioned unified examination subjects, if the enrollment school needs to organize its own professional courses (non-special majors) to take an extra test, it must be announced to the public in a timely manner in the school enrollment regulations, and the extra test plan shall be submitted to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute for the record.
Article 16 Requirements for answering questions
The adult college entrance examination in our province implements computer online marking. Candidates should fill in the objective answers with 2B pencils in the places specified in the answer sheet as required. Subjective questions are answered in the place specified in the answer sheet with a 0.5 mm black ink pen, with neat font and clear handwriting; Do not answer questions outside the prescribed area, and do not answer questions on other topics other than this topic; You must draw, answer and correct according to the specified requirements.
