Generally speaking, the lease term of talent-excellent rental housing is no more than 3 years, and the rent should be lower than the average rent in similar regional markets. Focus on the distribution of rent to talents of class D and above, and provide it to talents of class E with conditions. Class A and B talents can stay rent-free.

3, Leju rental stickers. The term of subsidy for leased posts is generally not more than 3 years. A ~ D talents can be given rental stickers of not less than 8,000 yuan/month, 5,000 yuan/month, 3,000 yuan/month, 1500 yuan/month respectively; For E-class talents, according to the principle that the doctor (full senior title) is not less than 800 yuan/month, the master (deputy senior title, senior technician) is not less than 600 yuan/month, and the undergraduate (intermediate title, technician) is not less than 400 yuan/month. During the subsidy period, if the selected talents plan to enjoy the treatment or get the purchase sticker, the rental sticker will be stopped and deducted accordingly. 4. Leju through train. A ~ e talents can buy the first set of self-occupied housing, which is not restricted by household registration, individual tax and social security payment time limit.

5. Living in a happy place helps the loan. If Class A and Class B talents use provident fund housing loans for the first time to purchase the first set of housing, they can be relaxed to four times the loan limit. Class C talents who use provident fund housing loans for the first time to purchase the first set of housing can be relaxed to twice the loan amount.
