4. Precautions. The medical examination fee shall be paid by the applicant to the medical examination hospital and the drug abuse history testing institution. Those who fail to have a medical examination as required shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. Applicants who resort to deceit or deliberately conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
Those who pass the medical examination enter the inspection procedure. The focus of the investigation is his ideological and political performance, law-abiding, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, qualifications and so on. The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the employing unit and its competent department, and specific inspection conclusions shall be formed.
According to the assessment results, physical examination and inspection conclusions, the employer or the competent department will collectively study and determine the candidates to be hired, and report them to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for approval. The approved personnel to be employed shall be publicized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in the designated official media, and at the same time, the supervision telephone number shall be published to accept social supervision. The publicity content includes the employer, the employment position, the name, gender, admission ticket number, supervision telephone number, etc. The publicity time is 7 working days. In order to protect personal rights and interests, problems must be reflected in writing with real names, and relevant clues or evidence must be provided during the publicity period, otherwise they will not be accepted.
