Nanning Housing Provident Fund Management Center was established on September 8, 1993. Formerly known as Nanning Housing Provident Fund Management Center, the capital of Guangxi, it belongs to the self-supporting institutions of Nanning Housing System Reform Committee Office. It is a non-profit independent institution directly under the Nanning Municipal People's Government, and is managed with reference to the Civil Service Law.
Institutional composition:
The management center consists of ten government departments including computer office, personnel education office, financial accounting office, collection management office, loan management office, policies and regulations office, audit office, information management office, service management office and customs party committee, and twelve departments including Xingning, Jiangnan, Qingxiu, Xixiangtang, Yongning, Liangqing, Wuming, Hengzhou, Binyang, Shanglin, Mashan and Long 'an. In August, 2006, the Nanning Housing Provident Fund Management Center was established, which is subordinate to the General Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region.
In March 2008, the management center took over the Nanning Railway Housing Provident Fund management institution and established the Nanning Housing Provident Fund Management Center Railway Sub-center (hereinafter referred to as the "Railway Sub-center"). As a branch of the management center, the railway sub-center is equivalent to the director level, with four management departments: comprehensive department, collection management department, loan management department, financial accounting department and Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin and Yulin. The management center implements "four unifications" (unified decision-making, unified management, unified accounting and unified rules and regulations) management for railway sub-centers and management departments.
