I. Introduction
According to the needs of enterprise management, our factory has developed and designed 1990 enterprise standardized calculator management system with the factory quality management goal as the task. Although this project won the 199 1 factory scientific and technological achievement award, it seems necessary to redevelop the system. In view of this, the author further studies the system from the aspects of system analysis, module division, software structure and database structure. Starting from the specific content of enterprise standardization management, the original software is divided into seven modules: standardization laws and regulations management, 8 14 factory standard system table, enterprise system revision standard account, standard plan management, standard implementation management, standard information management and standardization economic effect analysis management. According to the characteristics of enterprise standardization itself and system design principles, it is summarized into four modules. According to the data relationship and data type, the database in the original software has also been greatly adjusted and supplemented, and the technical problems of the standard information management module that was not developed in the original software have also been solved.

1. Contents of enterprise standardization management
Standardization stands out from technical science and converges to modern management, which has the dual attributes of scientific technology and scientific management. Because enterprise standardization managers are generally not professionals in calculators, the system is required to be simple to operate, to work by man-machine dialogue, to use screen prompts and menu selection, and to minimize keyboard input. The running results can be displayed and output from the calculator screen or printer.
4. Feasibility of choosing Chinese character FOXBASE+ for system design.

Third, the system structure and description of each functional module
Through the investigation and analysis of enterprise standardized management system, the specific characteristics of enterprise standardized management work are found out, and standardized management software suitable for this enterprise is developed according to the requirements of software engineering.
1. Division of system modules
The division of system modules should be based on the system design principle of "one module completes an independent function and the data transfer between modules is minimal".
