The hotline takes the form of expert seats, and three seats are set in the municipal government service convenience hotline acceptance center to provide "7×24 hours" all-weather legal consulting services.
In the next step, the Municipal Bureau of Justice will continue to strengthen the construction of the "12348" hotline platform, optimize the service process based on the needs of convenience, improve the efficiency of answering calls, strengthen supervision and management, and provide higher quality all-weather public legal services for the people.
